Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact (including any branded boxes or dust bags)
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear and socks (from brands like Calvin Klein Jeans)
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as „Final Sale“
  • Golf accessories from the Alberto Golf collection

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for your convenience.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the items until they reach us.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating in your email that you’d like an exchange
  2. Specify the replacement item (product code or name) and size/color desired
  3. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  4. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method

Refund Information

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
